Solana Volume Bot provides various services related to Solana token visibility and engagement, including but not limited to:

• Volume Booster - Increasing trading volume for Solana tokens
• Rank Bot - Improving DexScreener ranking and visibility
• Reaction Booster - Adding reactions to DexScreener listings
• PumpFun Bot - Enhancing visibility on Pump.fun
• LaunchLab Booster - Supporting token launches

Our services are designed to help Solana token projects gain visibility and engagement within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

4. Payment and Fees

Our services are provided on a fee basis, with prices listed on our website or communicated directly to you. All fees are denominated in SOL (Solana's native cryptocurrency) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

Payment is due in advance of service delivery. Services will not be initiated until payment is received and confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

5. Service Performance and Results

While we strive to provide effective services, we cannot guarantee specific results such as token price increases, permanent ranking improvements, or specific levels of engagement. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and subject to numerous external factors beyond our control.

Volume and transaction metrics provided are estimates and may vary based on market conditions, token characteristics (such as tax mechanisms), and other factors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Solana Volume Bot does not warrant that: (a) our services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) our services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using our services will meet your requirements.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solana Volume Bot and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to our services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
