1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate execution of our token boosting services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated. When you purchase our services, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately upon confirmation of payment and cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions for Service Issues

We may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the service you purchased within 24 hours of payment confirmation and there is no communication from our team regarding the delay.
  • Significant Service Malfunction: If our service experiences a significant malfunction that prevents it from performing its core functions, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service Misrepresentation: If the service delivered differs substantially from what was advertised at the time of purchase in terms of core functionality (not results).

Please note that market conditions, token performance, and external factors beyond our control are not grounds for refunds. Our services increase visibility and engagement metrics but do not guarantee specific price movements or investment returns.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your transaction ID, wallet address used for payment, and a detailed explanation of why you believe you qualify for a refund.
  3. Include any relevant evidence or documentation that supports your refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund in the following manner:

  • Refunds will be issued in SOL to the same wallet address that was used to make the original payment.
  • The refund amount will be based on the SOL value at the time of the original purchase, not the current market value of SOL.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 3-5 business days from the date of approval.
  • Transaction fees associated with the refund may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • The service was partially delivered or partially functional.
  • We can offer an alternative service or solution that partially addresses your needs.
  • The service was interrupted after a portion of the agreed duration.

The amount of a partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the service delivered and the specific circumstances of the case.

6. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before the service has been initiated, please contact our support team immediately. If we have not yet begun the service, we may be able to process a full refund minus any transaction fees.
